Online learning with the Lancaster Diocese is firmly based around the life of the early Christians as described in the above quotation from the Acts of the Apostles 2:42 shows, in virtue of its own internal dynamic, that faith demands to be known, celebrated, lived, and translated into prayer.

The Catechism of the Catholic Church uses these same elements of this text to form its four parts.

  • The Profession of Faith (We believe)
  • The Celebration of the Mystery (We celebrate)
  • Life in Christ (We live)
  • Christian Prayer (We pray)
